When the world shut down in March 2020, I was living alone. There was very little to distinguish one day to the next — and I desperately needed to ground myself in some sort of daily practice. I cracked open a barely-used tarot deck and for 78 straight days, I studied and journaled about each card, one by one.
For months I learned the most popular interpretations — and then unlearned some of the more binary, heteronormative, inflexible frameworks. Once I felt confident in my own reading style (and got very sick of reading for just myself), I began offering New Year Readings in January and summer check-ins in July. And in 2026, I founded Here and Now Tarot.
My philosophy is that tarot readings should not feel like a secret process I’m gatekeeping from you.
During a reading, I guide you through:
The individual cards showing up
The narrative the cards tell as a spread
And my thought process for my interpretations.
I also offer a Customized Reading Report add-on for those who crave more insight.

My Influences
My tarot framework is primarily rooted in Lindsay Mack’s Soul Tarot approach. Since 2020, I've learned in-person from Lindsay at a Soul Tarot retreat, and through countless virtual workshops. I typically read using their deck, including in photos on this site. I would describe my readings as my own garden — fertilized and watered with the Soul Tarot.
