Appointment FAQs

    • Sessions must be booked through the appointment site (currently Google Calendar) paid via Venmo/Paypal.

    • Prices are listed on the Site and subject to change without notice for future bookings.

    • Life happens! You are able to reschedule readings through the Google confirmation email at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Readings rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged an additional $5 processing fee.

    • Cancellations at least 48 hours in advance can be refunded (minus a $5 processing fee). Just email sara@hereandnowtarot.com

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled reading are non-refundable — please reschedule instead!

    • No-shows are non-refundable.

    • If I need to cancel a reading, you can reschedule (at no additional cost) or accept a full refund.

  • Because tarot readings are a personal service delivered in real time, all sales are final once a reading has taken place. Refunds are not offered based on dissatisfaction with the content or outcome of a reading.

Welcome to www.hereandnowtarot.com (the "Site"), operated by Mitchell Gober, LLC. By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

  • We provide tarot reading services for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Readings can be delivered in-person and virtually, as described on the Site.

    • Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the booking system (currently Google Appointments and Venmo/Paypal).

    • Prices are listed on the Site and subject to change without notice for future bookings.

    • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Tarot readings offered by Here and Now Tarot are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice.

    • Readings are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or psychiatric advice. If you are facing a decision in any of these areas, please consult a licensed professional.

    • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, predict events with certainty, or claim readings will produce any particular result.

    • You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on a reading.

    • If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a healthcare provider or emergency services directly rather than relying on a reading.

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mitchell Gober, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including decisions made based on a reading.

    By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer.

  • You agree not to:

    • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

    • Attempt to copy, resell, or redistribute Site content without permission

    • Record or share session content without prior written consent

  • All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and original spreads or methods developed by Here and Now Tarot — is owned by Mitchell Gober, LLC and may not be used without permission.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

Mitchell Gober, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates www.hereandnowtarot.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

    • Contact information you provide: Name, email address, phone number

    • Optional additional information you may provide: Birthday and how you learned about the service

    • Booking information: Appointment dates, reading type, add-ons

    • Payment information: Processed through our third-party payment processor (Square); we do not store your full card details ourselves

    • Communications: Emails

    • Website usage data: Collected automatically via Google Analytics, such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location

    • To schedule and provide tarot reading services

    • To process payments

    • To respond to inquiries and communicate about appointments

    • To send occasional newsletters or promotions, if you've opted in (you may unsubscribe anytime)

    • To improve the Site's content and functionality

  • We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

    • Service providers who help us operate (payment processor, scheduling software, email platform)

    • As required by law

  • Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at sara@hereandnowtarot.com.

  • The Site uses cookies for functionality. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some Site features may not work properly as a result.

  • The Site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
